01. View & Pay MSEDCL Electricity Bill Online

Go to MSEDCL’s official website https://wss.mahadiscom.in/wss/wss. Click on “View/Pay Bill” option on the homepage.

Select “Retail Consumer” from the dropdown (it’s usually already selected). Enter your 14-digit consumer number from your electricity bill.

Type the captcha code shown in the image. Click “Submit” or “Proceed” button.

Verify your name, address and bill amount shown on screen. Click “Pay” or “Pay Now” button.

Select your preferred payment method: Credit/Debit card, Net banking, UPI payment, Digital wallet (if available).

Enter your payment details as required. Complete the payment using your card PIN, UPI verification or net banking password.

After successful payment, note down or download the payment receipt. You’ll receive payment confirmation on your registered mobile number/email.

Important Notes: Always use the official MSEDCL website to avoid scams. Keep your 14-digit consumer number handy. If payment fails, wait 15-20 minutes before retrying.

02. Check CSPDCL Electricity Bill

This is the simplest and most official way to check your electricity bill. You will need your BP Number (Bill Number) mentioned on your bill.

  • Visit the official CSPDCL website https://www.cspdcl.co.in.
  • On the homepage, select the “Pay Your Bill Online” option from the available choices.
  • A new page will open. Enter your BP Number in the input box, fill in the captcha code, and click Submit.
  • Your electricity bill details will appear on the screen. From here, you can choose to pay the bill.
  • Payment options include: MasterCard, Freecharge, UPI, Cards (Credit/Debit), Net Banking, Wallet.
  • After successful payment, you will receive a receipt.
Important Notes: To check CSPDCL bill, visit cspdcl.co.in, enter BP Number, captcha, submit, view bill, pay using UPI/card, get receipt.

03. Download Electricity Bill in Madhya Pradesh

Central Region (MPCZ)

  • Open the website https://portal.mpcz.in/web/ on your mobile or computer.
  • On the homepage, go to LT Services, click on View/Pay Bill, and then select Download Bill.
  • A new page will open. Choose either IVRS Number (Rural) or Account ID (Urban).
  • Enter your Identification Number and click Submit.
  • Your electricity bill will download as a PDF file.

East Region (MPEZ)

  • Visit the website www.mpez.co.in.
  • Under Consumer Services, select LT Services, then click View & Pay Your LT Bill.
  • Enter your Consumer Number or IVRS Number and click Click to Proceed.
  • Once your consumer details appear, select Download Bill.
  • The bill will download as a PDF file to your device.

West Region (MPWZ)

  • Go to the website https://mpwzservices.mpwin.co.in/mpeb_english/.
  • Under Online Bill Payment, choose Retail Bill Payment LT.
  • Enter your IVRS Number and click View & Pay Energy Bill.
  • When your connection details appear, click View Full Bill (Hindi).
  • You can view the bill details and download the PDF file.
